Services
At Across the Spectrum Services, the focus is on real, person-centred support for neurodiverse individuals and the people around them. Every person is different, so the support offered is tailored — not based on a one-size-fits-all model, but built around your strengths, needs, and goals.
With a background in Speech Therapy and Yoga, and many years of experience working with neurodiverse children, young people and adults, Sophie offers practical and thoughtful support in areas like communication, regulation, literacy, social connection, and anxiety. Sessions may include coaching, counselling, or movement-based strategies — always grounded in respect and a belief in each person’s right to be understood and supported as they are.
Services are available both online and in person, for individuals, families, and professionals.
This is support designed with you, not for you — because how you experience the world matters.
